    Please Note all external doors are locked passed regular business hours. Once you have reached 30030 College Ave, (same building as DMV) you will enter at the North Entrance and can choose to take the stairs on the left or the elevator to the SECOND FLOOR. Once on the second floor take a left to the end of the hallway. Lastly, you'll look RIGHT and see HUMANLY SUITE 210. Come on in and take a seat. 


    During a massage therapy session, you can expect to be asked about your medical history, current physical activity, and any areas of concern. You will then be asked to lie on a massage table or mat while the therapist uses various techniques to address your needs. The therapist may use firm pressure, stretching, and other techniques to release muscle tension and improve mobility.


    Massage therapy can be uncomfortable at times, but it should not be painful. The therapist will work within your comfort level and communicate with you throughout the session to ensure that you are not experiencing any undue discomfort.


    The length of a massage therapy session can vary depending on your individual needs and goals. Sessions typically range from 30 minutes to 120 minutes.
